Wolfgang Puck Kitchen Counter — Restaurant in Quintana Roo

I am glad I didn't read the reviews on this place before I sat down to eat but I was super concerned while waiting for my food and bill... all good here. Airport travelers can be a holes after dealing with customs, tsa and frontier airlines... I see you... but don't take it out on wolfgang puck in terminal 4. I ordered the bacon egg sandwich (pictured), wife got the avocado toast. (not pictured as she was ravenous(ly) hungry) We both loved our sandwich... I typically do not eat breakfast... but the flavors were delicious and very unique. There was nothing bland or boring about either sandwich.

Our server and the manager at the restaurant were very courteous. (Borderline chipper but not over the top)

They are not cheap but it's a tourist restaurant in cancun... nobody is really on Dave Ramsey mode here.

Maybe the service and food were bad for some but for us... we left happy...

Had some Drinks at the bar and then transitioned to the back seats to get some food. Drinks taste good but are really expensive, even for airport prices in my opinion.

As we got a 30$ Voucher for food as our flight was delayed, we ordered the 40$ New York & Ribeye Steaks to try them out. Expectations were not high, and as the server didn‘t ask us how we would like our steaks, we knew it was not going to be good. I then said to the waiter that i wanted my steak medium rare.

Steaks had a smoky flavour, but they were almost well done. Frites had to much salt on them.

Atleast the Service was friendly.

Would not recommend to eat here, price value is not good. Maybe for drinking 1...

The table next to us got our order but instead of saying anything the guy starts eating the fries. When the staff realized they had wrong order they took one plate to the back. The other plate stayed cause they also ordered same salad. When they brought my new salad they brought the same plate with fries. I asked the server if that was the same plate and he said yes!! Like what?!? Really?!? Then says he didn’t touch it. We said yes he did we watched him eat from it. SMH. They asked if we wanted it remade. Um yes! But we’re pretty sure they didn’t remake it cause fries were cold when it came back out. 🤬. Very disappointing. Would not...
