Starbucks Aeropuerto Cancún T4 Pb Ext — Restaurant in Quintana Roo

So I love Starbucks but unfortunately this location falls short all over the place. The following is about the lady shown in the picture. My order was made wrong, ordered 2 drinks for nearly $20CAD venti americano with 3 pumps vanilla and a oat milk caramel macchiato with 1 pump caramel (as in Mexico they don’t use caramel syrup unless you ask for it). Drinks came out both wrong, regular milk in my wife’s drink and then no vanilla in my Americano, I asked for hers to be remade (they did begrudgingly) then I asked for vanilla in mine and they used sugar free vanilla. It tasted awful so I asked if they used sugar free and they confirmed they did. When I said I didn’t want that and it tastes bad, she then tried to just add a bunch of with sugar vanilla syrup, I requested that she just remake it and then she got mad and dumped my drink, then made me a venti and only put in 2 shots of espresso in a venti. Ventis have 4 shots. It tasted like watered down coffee and I just gave up. Just a side note this location does not accept the app or give out Starbucks rewards. Unless you are looking for crappy watery drinks no difference to getting a regular flavoured water.

Firstly, We don’t get all options for drinks and breakfast like in Toronto. Which is acceptable but still the quality is expected to be good regardless of what we order.

Starbucks is known for its quality but not in MEXICO and not limited to Aeropuerto.

I got a iced matcha latte. It’s just watery and less milk. I have seen the guy prepare my drink so basically he put 3/4th ice and 1/4th milk and two scoops of matcha and literally no sugar, where I asked for 2 sugar. Then I had to say excuse me for 6-7 times for him to just look at me and when I mentioned that I had earlier requested the drink with no ice he threw the ice and just added more water and handed over the drink to me. Service is very poor. The drink obviously tasted like matcha water lol.

Horrible. Horrible experience they wouldn't put names on my family members drinks and my vanilla Frappuccino is better off called as a limited edition ice Frappuccino.
