We stayed at a nearby airbnb. The area is still being developed but inside of all of the completed buildings is unbelievably gorgeous so it didn't matter much to us adventurers. We had seen Xkeban in passing and commented on the unique design from the outside (braided branch balconies, grass roof hut covering the courtyard. We thought they were condos and we couldn't access them. On a walk searching for a smoothie one morning, we ended up stumbling into a building that turned out to be this one! To our delight, it was even prettier and more unique inside. The service from Jose and Marcos was 5 STARS, the food was tasty and the ambiance was unmatched. We brought the rest of the family back again the next morning for breakfast so that they could enjoy it as well! They just let people in without needing to pay for entry, there was no welcome drink (as promised on the ticket), and I got overcharged for somebody's drink (a stranger).

The rooftop bar is amazing BUT the music is deafening- we didn’t want to go up there because it was so loud and wanted ear protection.
