Arigato — Restaurant in San Miguel de Allende

Honestly haven’t written a review but had such a crazy experience that this place I felt the need to share.

We order to-go, and had asked for Mango in our sushi roll, we paid extra for this and they must have forgot, no big deal we just asked if they could bring some out on the side, instead of doing this the waiter touched my sushi roll with her bare hands pulling it apart, absolutely destroying it with her fingers to finally find some mango in the every middle of the roll. I have no idea who would do something like this, I am still so shocked by the service here. DO NOT order take out or eat here. In addition to this it took 1 hr of waiting to get 2 rolls and a poke bowl to-go.

There are so many amazing places in SMA this is not one of them! I have added a picture of what my roll looked like after she put her bare hands in it.

Sinceramente, no he escrito una reseña, pero tuve una experiencia tan loca que sentí la necesidad de compartir este lugar.

Pedimos para llevar, y habíamos pedido Mango en nuestro rollo de sushi, pagamos más por esto y debieron haberlo olvidado, no es gran cosa, solo les preguntamos si podían traer un poco a un lado, en lugar de hacer esto, el camarero tocó. Mi rollo de sushi con sus manos desnudas lo separó, destruyéndolo por completo con sus dedos para finalmente encontrar un poco de mango en cada mitad del rollo. No tengo idea de quién haría algo como esto, todavía estoy muy sorprendido por el servicio aquí. NO pida comida para llevar ni coma aquí. Además de esto, tomó 1 hora de espera para obtener 2 panecillos y un poke bowl para llevar.

¡Hay tantos lugares increíbles en SMA que este no es...

I rarely write reviews, but given the lack of interest staff had in serving us, I find it beneficial to save you time and energy. Go elsewhere. Staff never acknowledged us. One of them told us to sit where we liked, then told us… sorry not there but here right at the main door. That staff is terrible, they all looked angry and careless towards the consumer. I sat for 5 minutes before anyone acknowledge that I was even there and when communication was made the effort was minimal...buddy didn't even stop looking at his phone while taking my order. If you are the owner and happened to be readying this let me just tell you that your staff is ruining...
