Many people have recommended this place but it has taken us a while to finally visit, but we are glad we did.
Upon entering you are given the opportunity to sit in a covered or uncovered courtyard. Both were beautiful and a perfect setting for a nice meal.
The service was excellent, very friendly and attentive. Nice little touches like bread served with butter and passion fruit jam before breakfast and sample brownie after the meal made made for a great experience.
The food was good. I ordered the English Breakfast which included fried eggs, turkey sausage, bacon, grilled tomatoes, mushrooms, and black beans. It was a very hearty breakfast cooked to perfection. My wife ordered the mushroom toast, which was toast, covered with homemade hummus, topped with sauteed mushrooms and melted gruyere, topped with two fried eggs. She enjoyed it.
If I had once complaint, neither of our meals were very hot, more on the luke warm side. It wasn't enough to stop us from coming back (we will), but it is the only thing that could use a little...

Even with a sophisticated brunch and lunch menu, it's these gracious neighborhood places that personify the Mexican culture of real hospitality, where one is treated like family...what a benediction...

Looking around, it seemed like the restaurant might cater to an older clientele that prefers simpler, less seasoned dishes. My wife ordered the enfrijoladas, which looked beautiful but, like my dish, lacked bold flavors and felt very basic. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the vibe was nice, but the food just wasn’t for us. On a high note, the moka I ordered was exceptional—perfectly balanced with just a hint of cinnamon, easily the best I’ve had in weeks. Overall, an okay experience, but the flavors didn’t quite hit the...
