Ana's Kitchen — Restaurant in Sinaloa

I have to share a current update. Last year this was a regular go to place but this year it seems different since I noticed the friendly girl working at the front is no longer there. The last couple of times I've been food has been mediocre and the takeout portion sizes have really shrunk. Served by lacklustre staff, the icing on the cake was during my last visit the woman who filled my takeout container flipped the Chop Suey which was hanging over the edge back into the container with her fingers like it was normal. Ana's kitchen is definitely a very local spot with great food prepared in the morning at a very nominal price. Don't expect a fancy restaurant, or even an indoor restaurant, ac or anything other than some good cheap food for a quick bite while working or take take away. It definitely is off the beaten path despite being a block away from the action. Once the food is all gone the kitchen is closed and you just need to wait for the next day. En una ciudad donde hacen mucha distinción entre el turismo extranjero y el nacional, donde al nacional nos llaman turismo sandwichero, los restaurantes no sazonan tanto la comida para que sea del agrado de los extranjeros y atienden mejor a las mesas con gringos, La cocina de Ana siempre tendrá algo rico que ofrecerte, todos los días tienen un guiso diferente, todos bien sazonados y todos de calidad, nada te hará daño, el trato al cliente es gentil, no harán distinción entre nacionales o extranjeros, por 120 pesos te puedes comer dos guisos diferentes con dos acompañamientos, tus tortillas de maíz, un agua de litro y un postre. Este tipo de lugares me hubiera gustado que me recomendaran durante los días que estuve en mazatlán, donde recibí malas caras y comida muy por debajo del promedio, considerando lo que pagas.
