El Aguachilon mazatlan — Restaurant in Sinaloa

Reviewing for Saturday 5/4 @ 10:30am Party of 7, was seated as soon as the soccer game started. Aside from paying over $800 pesos for two warm mineral lemonades, two shakes, one small and large shrimp cocktail the lack of communication was unacceptable.Our family members never received their food and was declined to cancel the order as the cook stated it was “already” coming out… LIES I walked to Starbucks came back and food never came out for the rest of the group. Nothing fancy here. We spotted it as we walked past and came back for supper as they advertised 2x1 drinks, and the sidewalk guy said the shrimp Imperiales (cheese stuffed and bacon wrapped) were excellent. The drinks were terrible, close to the worst margaritas I've ever had, but the Imperiales were excellent, huge and cooked perfectly. The meal came with salad, rice, bread, and they brought out a basket with crackers and small tortillas that we didn't even eat as we had plenty. Not bad for the price except...

Spent $800 pesos on drinks between 7 of us. The lemonade sparkling water came out warm. This is the first time I ever had to leave a restaurant from poor service. We waited an hour and half for our food and it still wasn’t ready. I wouldn”t recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a good time in Mazatlán, I wanted to try the food but ended up leaving because the food took ridiculously long.
