Our waitress was great, the general manager however made the experience horrible. We had a table of six, and one member of our party found hairs in her food. Food was not remade & the general manager persisted on not removing the item from our bill after we respectfully asked. He was very rude and lacked professionalism, he only removed the item from the bill after realizing our member had taken a photo of the hairs. Very unhygienic and unprofessional. We instead chose to sit at the sushi bar for an intimate setting even though the whole restaurant has that dark and mysterious vibe like any good sushi restaurant should. Read moreI actually enjoyed this experience more than I’ve rated it. Before you go, reset your expectations. This is not Teppanyaki in Tokyo, or even Honolulu. You are in Mazatlán! It will come with the constant colorful live music party that is any public space in Mexico at night. Our servers were very attentive and kind.
