La Muralla China — Restaurant in Sinaloa

By far the worst Chinese food I have ever had in my life. First, we ordered Kong Pao chicken. The Chinese name of it is Kong Pao diced chicken 宫保鸡丁 (丁 means dices) but when we got our dish the chicken was sliced. Second, the dish should be called weird sweet taste Kong Pao onion because the dish is covered with unevenly choppes (or hand tear?) onion with only 10 slices of chilcken. I am a Chinese and I can tell you this is definitely not the cooking sauce they should use in Kong Pao dishes. The last point, we asked for our bill and the cashier (or the owner because in lots of the Chinese restaurants, the owner will manage the money) has to look through the menu to get the total bill. We went there around 7:30 and we were the only ones eating there. I blame myself didn't see the sign before we decide to sit down at the table. Being a Chinese myself, I am saying this restaurant is a disgrace to Chinese food even among those Americanized Chinese...

We ate there 4 years ago. Why am I writing a review now? I saved my opinion many years to see what others thought. The simple truth, Gringos are accustomed to great Chinese food in the USA. The place made us both sick for 2 days, thanks very much. My first clue was, when we entered there were no customers and it was dinner time. I should have known better, since I owned restaurants for many years and usually give others some slack. I still remember the sleepless nights, sitting on the toilet wasting away in Margaritaville. Went on a Sunday afternoon and it was full of families enjoying a meal together. Some items arrived hot and some cold. The wonton soup and fried wonton were tasty. The egg rolls was a soft mush and the fried shrimp was cold. Chicken and bean sprouts were good too. I liked the pork fried rice also.Good amount of food for the money. Service was slow but...
