Nunca había dejado un mal review en mi vida pero este si que lo tienen bien merecido tardaron arriba de 3 horas en traer la comida de hecho ya habíamos ido a cenar a otra parte porque pensamos que no vendrían pero igual aceptamos la comida cuando abrimos la caja estába fría la pizza la probamos y estaba chiclosa la masa con poco queso literal casi nada y malísima jamás había comido pizza tan mala en mi vida aparte el repartidor dijo que no tenía cambio para dar que era muy claro que era mentira pero x se le dio 100 pesos por la pizza más mala que e probado en mi vida jamás pensé decir que la pizza más mala que e comido en mi vida fue de pizza hut tienen que cuidar su control de calidad que por esto acaban de perder un cliente de por vida que pésimo servicio asco de servicio y comida

Pésimo servicio, pedí una pizza en línea para recoger, pero sin explicar porque se canceló, después la pedí vía telefónica, dijeron que mi pedido quedó registrado y que en 15 mins lo podía recoger, al llegar a la tienda me dijeron que no tenían sistema y que no tenían mi pedido registrado, que si quería podían hacerlo pero que iba a tardar porque tenían más pedidos, llame a atención a clientes y me dijeron que mi pedido no se mando directamente a la sucursal y que no se que, total que mejor cruce la calle y compré en Domino's 🤦🏻‍♂️

If you only speak English DO NOT attempt to call this pizza hut. They only speak Spanish and if you don't they will hang up on you or put you on hold until you eventually just give up. The only way to order a pizza from here is to go in person and hope there is someone there that understands what toppings you want and if that happens then you would just have to wait in person. They DO NOT want your business if you don't...

Parking is so limited. 6 spots 2 of them used for delivery motos. Tried to park in underground not allowed. Pizza was awful, lacked salsa and was undercooked. Ordering was a disaster. If I could give 0 stars I would. The manager did speak English. I guess that was worth 1 star. Please don’t waste your time or money. Big...

i ordered a meat lover two days in a row. and both days it made us all sick. my brother got a fever and i and my partner got bad stomach pains. i read reviews of pizza being raw. idk..but never again. we wanted to get something we were used to in case other food made us sick..pizza hut made us sick....
