Gave 2 starts just because the food was great but the service was horrible. Maybe the waiter had a long bad day but he didn’t look too happy we were there. We asked a local to recommend us a restaurant because we had been walking so much we were starving. He led us to this place and once we went in they didn’t even greet us nicely, he basically threw the menus at us, didn’t make eye contact and check on us once. I used to work In a restaurant as a server/manager so we know it’s stressful at times but it was only me, my husband and my son there. Definitely not going back, plus when it came to paying the older man complained about the tip I had given him. This man really wanted more money after the bad service he had given us. The whole time we were getting our stuff to go he laughed about how it was only enough for to buy a pack of tortillas. On 8/08/21 this happened. I really hope it wasn’t the owner, it would be...

Yes, I'm giving it a 5! If I could, I would give it even higher! 1.The food is worth the price, which is very reasonable! My favorite is the butter garlic and bread fish fillets! Both are so good I always ask for one of each. 2.The service the staff provides is always friendly and helpful. Never once felt rush or hurried even if there's a lunch rush. Super clear. Never mess. They clean up the table quickly. The view! If you want a view, a great seafood meal as the sunset and doesnt bank the bank, definitely try this place! Location. It's in the middle of the malecón (boardwalk). If you park in the free parking area to your right when just coming in or to the end if the shops you're never too far away from where you parked! Because finding good parking is always a mission getting to...

I recently ate at this restaurant. I was very disappointed with the service. They served a shrimp plate that was way too spicy to eat and when we informed the waiter he literally shrugged his shoulders. We were a party of 6 and we were able to make another meal out of the other 5 dinners. But we will never go to this restaurant again. I also had 2 margaritas I asked them to be blended and only 1 was blended. Trying to get a waiters attention was impossible. The food was not good enough to endure the crappy service. I was told by some locals, when the owner is our of town don't even bother going there because everything is just horrible. So my advice. Just don't go at all it's...

If you are looking for great ceviche, this is your place! A great little restaurant in the heart of the Malecon. Super small (maybe 6 tables?), has strong drinks, a great view of the water, and good food. We ordered shrimp ceviche, fish ceviche, and mixed ceviche. All were some of the best ceviches I have ever had! The mango salad was AMAZING! The shrimp tacos were good but I felt like they needed a sauce or some additional seasoning. But the tacos had large shrimp loaded in them so that was a plus! Prices were ok. A group of 6 (kids and adults) with meals, sodas, water, and a cocktail was just over $100 (US). If I was down at the Malecon, I'd go back for the ceviche for sure!

We were actually attempting to go to a different restaurant, but it was unexpectedly closed when we arrived. Pedro saw us and beckoned us towards his restaurant, which was out of sight, and we reluctantly agreed since we were hungry. It ended up being some of the best food we had the entire trip! The owner was very hospitable, the margheritas were great (and strong), and the food was phenomenal. We will absolutely be coming back here next time we're in town. Do yourself a favor and give them a shot.
