Update! Just when I thought it couldn't get any worse, it did--- my burger wasn't thoroughly cooked; just look at the photos and decide for yourself. I, also in an attempt to make the most out of it since it was quite an amount spent, decided to ignore the burnt burger bun and eat what was left instead, but even that failed to reach its minimal standards! I previously gave 3 stars due to 1) one burger's bottom bread bun being wet and 2) the burnt bun on the other burger, but now that I cannot even eat what's left of my remaining burger here and will have to toss it out and buy something else for food, I'd hate to do this, but you guys are down to 1 star because for the time that I've waited and the amount spent on your "higher-end" restaurant in the center of the city, I should have better results, as condescending as that might unintentionally sound. If you were a fast-food chain and you have a drive-thru driveway and dine-in customers, then I'd understand and it'll be two stars. But it wasn't in such an environment and the atmosphere was much more peaceful as others were munching down their food while I waited patiently for my burgers to be done up to par. I am so disappointed to have to throw out my burger now because I'm hungry still and I don't like to waste food, but at the same time, it was unappetizing enough that I even spat it out!

Original review (3 stars, before trying the 2nd burger): I wanted to come here because I was getting advertisements from Facebook back in June 2024 about their burgers. Now it's early July. We asked for take-out because we had a schedule to tend to and were tight on time. I actually had to make a female server aware that my order was ready as they were busy serving other customers while my take-out bag was sitting there on the counter. Now I have no idea why, but one of my burgers had its bottom bun of bread soaked--- it was like they put wet lettuce and it soaked the bun--- I hope that no one purposely put a water-soaked bun to hold the bottom of my burger. But I was really hungry after exercising around the park, so I ate what I could, although I should've taken a video of that burger, now that I think back to it. Now with this burger here, you can see for yourself in the photos what was acceptable for this restaurant to serve its customers. The only perfect dish that they have made here is their avocado salad with shrimp because the avocados came out fresh and perfectly green. I would come back for only the salads, but not the burgers. It is indeed a very lovely place, populated by very kind employees who offer you some of the best Moldovan hospitality. All very nice: the people, the space, the food, etc. The Tiramisu, which they present in a totally different way, is almost too good to belong to this world. The coffee, in my honest opinion, is better served than everywhere else in the world I tried: it comes already with a little glass of water for pouring (which for me is essential!), as well as cookies - and the coffee quality itself is excellent. The main food is also unbelievable. The first time I went there, I had some of the softest and most delicious meat I ever had. The gazpacho summer soup was also lovely in a exotic way for me. I even had chicken liver, which I had not tasted for almost 10 years, and it was extremely well cooked and flavoured! I cannot recommend it (and the people who work in it) more emphatically! Love the menu, like the place but service so bad I don't know that I will go back after TWO bad experiences in two weeks. Management training of waitstaff is probably the main issue. Last night our waiter, a young man, never once came to the table without us either waving him down, or asking another waitress, or actually getting up and going to bar to get his attention. Seriously bad form. I was surprised by a certain salad green and asked our waiter to find out exactly what kind or green it was because of food sensitivity issues. He took the sample I gave him and simply never returned to the table with an answer and flat out ignored my question. My issue is not that there was something in the salad I was sensitive to--my issue is that he just never returned to the table with the answer! Well, actually he never returned for any reason until we sat watching and watching to get his attention and waving like idiots. After dessert we had to ask a different waitress for our check.
