Just don't order the cevapi, they're TOO salty and trust me, I do eat quite salty, but it comes to a point where your tongue starts hurting. The gurman burger was really tasty. The fries are basic pre-cut frozen potatoes, that's okay. The prices are really good.
That wouldn't be a problem if the service was good, but for us, it wasn't. Let me start by saying the place was not busy.
We were the last ones getting their food. We got our food (two simple meals) after all the other people that came AFTER us. There were literally people finishing eating while were waiting for two grilled dishes (people next to us also having cevapi). Also, our table was the last one to be set (cutlery etc).
We were the only tourists, and I choose to believe that's not why they messed up the orders. But bonus points for having english speaking staff I guess.
When the waiter noticed we were looking at the other people getting the same food ahead of us, he came to apologise and said that it takes a bit more. He asked us if we want drinks - but I believe they would've made us pay for it in the end and it was not a form of "saying sorry" (we said no). If that would've been the case, they could've just give us two sodas from the house. We were not expecting to get something on the house, but just the fact that they asked..if they wanted to, they would've brought it without asking.
Overall, I don't recommend the cevapi just because they're too salty, I'm not saying the other meals are not good - call it bad luck. It was the service that bothered us.
I'm sorry for having this experience here, I hope you're going to...

We had a terrible experience here and I feel obliged to warn others. We were seated outside and asked the tall waiter if they had Ayran. He confidently said yes and brought us two glasses of thick, sour yoghurt — nothing like Ayran, which is supposed to be a light drinkable yoghurt.
I immediately told him this was not Ayran and that I didn’t want it. Instead of handling it politely, he started yelling and completely ignored me. My husband ended up drinking it just to avoid a scene.
Later, the waiter asked if we wanted ketchup and mayo with our meal — we said yes, assuming they were complimentary. When the bill came, we were charged for two Ayrans. I pointed out that we returned one. The waiter said, “Oh, that one is the charge for the ketchup and mayo!”
Unbelievable.
When I asked to speak to the manager, three men came and started shouting at me, trying to intimidate me into paying for something we didn’t even want. They admitted they don’t even serve Ayran!
⚠️ If you’re reading this as the restaurant owner: your waiter is rude, dishonest, and damaging your reputation.
⚠️ If you’re a future guest: be very careful, check everything they bring you, and be prepared to stand your ground.
Would never return....
Read moreFood is really delicious but that's it. Service is awful and rude. The lady that took our orders is like she's angry at something and shouting at us constantly like it's military. Whilst taking the order, we have ordered in English and this lady was replying in a language that we do not understand, probably her local language mixed with a few English words and shouting all the time. In all that chaos, she took the wrong order. When the food came we have said that we did not order those dishes (way too much food for 3 people, like 5 or 6 portions). Again she started shouting at us and blaming us that we have ordered these and she cannot do anything if we can't speak proper English. I speak English for 20 years and everyone at the table are businessmen who deals in English, and you cannot talk to a customer like that. She did not take the extra food back, a behavior that I have never seen in any restaurant or any country. She forced the plates on our table and we had to pay for them and packed them in a to-go box to eat them as cold dishes later. I have travelled the world, seen a lot of good and bad restaurants but this was the first time I was bullied and insulted at a restaurant...
