Lim Restaurant — Restaurant in Budva

Do not recommend because of the owner! I gave only 1 stars because of the owner of the restaurant. The owner makes you feel uncomfortable from the beginning to the end of your stay and I will give more details to understand: -he welcomes you in the restaurant and asks you directly (you did not have the chance to sit on the chair) if you know what you want to drink or if you decided already for something, -he complains about his employees and calls them stupid, -he forces you to choose food that you wouldn't choose (for example, he took me to the fish fridge and almost chose a fish for me even if I did want something else) -when you pay you discover that you have extra 4 euros for bread even if you did not order bread, also when you ask for the bill he comes in person and looks through the menu and make you calculated the bill for yourself (because he does not trust his employees). I felt uncomfortable the entire stay and I wouldn't recommend this place to...

My wife and I had dinner at Restoran Lim this evening, and it was in all respects excellent. We were met at the entrance and guided to our table by the owner and then received a complimentary glass of rakija from our waiter, Vojkan. He was an exceptionally well trained waiter who was friendly but professional. He joked with us and was very attentive. The restaurant is very attractive as well, and offers nice views of the water. There was very good live music as well. I ordered a tomato salad and the mixed meat platter...both were very good. The meat platter was monstrous but very tasty. My wife ordered a veal cream soup which was amazingly flavorful and seafood risotto. We both ate a lot and really enjoyed our meal. I would highly recommend this restaurant for anyone...

For our last meal we chose to head to Lim Restaurant along the end of the promenade. It has beautiful views, and a great selection of food. When we arrived we sat outside but up on the terrace, we were greeted by a lovely server and the owner who brought us some Rakija on the house as a welcome drink. They also offered recommendations and if you go for the fish they bring it out for you to choose or to see it which I think is very cool! We went with mussels, pork skewers, Greek salad, fries and of course a lovely apple, pastry dessert with vanilla ice cream.
