Cleaning and service are excellent—on par with the best of the big chains. Unfortunately, the food, on the other hand, can only be described as edible and mediocre.

We ordered the mixed beef and chicken French-style tacos from the set menu. The chicken appeared to be an attempt at KFC-style breaded chicken but missed the mark by a wide margin. The chicken was as dry as the Sahara during a severe drought, the breading had the texture of bathroom grout, and seasoning seemed to be an entirely foreign concept.

As for the beef, I was expecting gourmet ground beef or a tender pulled style. What I got instead was an average burger patty, chopped into chunks and stuffed into a tortilla—right next to its parched poultry neighbour.

Ill start with the service cause it was a phenomenal experience, Anas was an amazing guy!! Very welcoming and attentive, very serving and pays attention to details and requests and was wiling to assist as well with the machines and menu choices, the food is exceptionally good, the chicken tenders in the chicken bowl were cooked the right way! Fully cooked but not dry and hard i ve only seen such skills and quality while i was in germany, the layout and the color choice is chic no eye-blinding lights and the smell was just appetizing without being strong, and don't get me started on how clean the bathrooms were and no bad smell at all. Overall i recommend this amazing spot thanks to Anas and the great time...

First of all, the food preparation took a loooot of time - 15 minutes (too much waiting time for a fast food restaurant). When the order was finally brought - it was missing some things I had ordered and some things were not the ones I had ordered. The food wasn’t bad but it definitely wasn’t worth the money - for 2 people it was 180 dirham. The tiramisu wasn’t good at all.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The place is overall pretty clean. These are the only good things...
