The best part of this is only the style and vibes of this place, the food is below mediocre, and I came here for a second chance since the first time wasn’t too great of an experience either. But both times the waiters I had, had terrible attitudes, would wait you and then once the food got there they would disappear. They did not come back to check if we needed anything else. The last straw was tonight, where I picked one of the tagines on the menu that didn’t come with a side of fries, he tried up selling, and disgustingly tried to convince “just get the fries” after politely declining. After he submitted my order he came back with an attitude like a kid who just had his games taken away, picked up the menus and had that sigh of disgust because we didn’t do what he wanted. Completely terrible service. I frequent Morocco for business a lot, we caught the waiter charging for more expensive items ie our drinks which is not a big deal but it’s the principle. We called him out and acted like it wasn’t a big deal. Watch your bills and make sure they don’t SCAM YOU. Lady sat next to us, was waiting a solid 15 minutes for somebody to take her order, felt bad because she was alone and just sitting there looking around for our waiter. Both visits we had to walk up to our waiters and ask for the check....

Before I go into detail about this restaurant that does not honor what they promise I will review the things that matter more. We got pasta and it was just OK. I make it better at home. The restaurant is hot so we sat on the balcony which does have a nice view and nice seating. The drinks were good. The waiter didn’t like us asking questions and was a little rude with my husband for this. The price is a little more expensive for the same meal which would make you think the meal had a better flavor, but as I mentioned above, with the pasta the flavor is not better. Maybe the Moroccan food is better…I hope so but we didn’t try. The bathrooms were clean.

This place made a reservation for my husband and I for Valentine’s Day promising to have flower pedals on the table among other things. They did not do any of this. When we arrived my husband introduced me as his wife to the guy he spoke with a week prior to set up our Valentine’s Day reservation here I got the rudest welcome I have received in Morocco. I had a very bad experience with this restaurant, my father is diabetic and they delayed us for about 20min, so he went and brought water from outside the restaurant and the waiter followed him and called me and told me that we have water and it is allowed to bring water from outside, so I asked him if he brought the water and we did not drink it and I explained to him that my father is diabetic and he has to drink water, do you know what he answered me, no problem, but hide the bottle until you take it out, I told him, sir, go and bring the water and my father will drink from that bottle, how can I tell don't drink from this bottle I could not control myself and we cancelled the order and we all left, knowing that we were about 14 people and we waited for about 20min minutes. They did not care or any attention to us, and when the waiter came, he came without a paper to write down the order, knowing that he saw that there were a large number of us, and after that I wrote down the order on the phone and I was the one who went to him and recorded our order, and I had asked to meet the restaurant manager but no one answered us and did not care about what happened its a very...
