Café Kandinsky — Restaurant in arrondissement de Charf-Mghogha الشرف مغوغة

I have ordered a Pastrami sandwich. They provided me with one slice of pastrami, literally an empty sandwich. All I could taste was bread. I wish they raised the prices and stuff the sandwich with more pastrami than a lower price and give me nothing but bread.

When I reported the feedback to the waiter, he told me that it would be better to report it to the manager as it would be taken negatively if transmitted by the waiter, that is when I made the decision to leave a public review.

I have been going to Kandinsky Café for more than 10 years, they were very good, but unfortunately it will be the last time I step my foot in there, I was disappointed by the way they perceive feedback.

Advice to Kandinsky: Be customer-centric and secure critical feedback from customers by either having the waiters ask customers about how they appreciated what they were served or by giving them a physical/digital book to write a review.

It will help you in a significant way to stay ahead of competition by improving on what you do best and fixing what customers do...

It's incontestably the best café in Tangier.

They're excellent at every aspect :

Food : Everything is delicious, I tried breakfasts, juices, crepes, fast-food, beef dishes and desserts like 50+ times and they always deliver. Prices : They are not cheap, but taking in consideration the average price of nearby cafés the prices are very fair, you get the quality you paid for. Service : They are quicker than most of their competitors especially in peak hours. The waiters are friendly and well dressed. Innovation: They are always trying to be different and bring something new. Have been a customer for more than 10yrs, I witnessed a lot of improvements and details as in design, the juice bar concept, the icecream factory, the detox water bottles, the red blankets,...

I can keep writing for hours, they are expanding their business with more venues, their café is basically working with solar energy for more than 7yrs and the list is long.

Good food, slow and bad service. I went with my family to eat some desserts - and they are tasty - and some coffee/smoothies. It took a long time to get them and by then my 2 years old got sick and we decided to have the just-arrived cakes to go. I waited while my family went to the car so that we can take my daughter to a clinic. I waited for 25min - while was enough had we decided to eat them there - then I decided to leave without them. The security guy asked me and I told him I have waited this long to have 5 pcs in a box but they never came. He quickly went inside and they started rushing and asking me to wait a minute. I left with a paper bag and aluminum foil wrapped cakes after nearly half an hour and the waiter wasn’t ever apologetic as he said it wasn’t his mistake because the pastry guy didn’t do his work well! What a lame excuse. Petty a place with such good food, has this type of service and attitude. I wouldn’t eat...
