I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated. I purchased salmon from your store, and only after feeding my young child did I discover that the salmon was completely raw inside. When I checked with my fork after eating a piece myself, I realized how unsafe it was.

When I reported this, your staff were not only unhelpful but also rude. Instead of taking responsibility, they told me that if I got stomach pain they would “just take me to the clinic.” This is absolutely unacceptable. To make things worse, they refused to give me a refund because part of the salmon had already been eaten – even though the problem was only discovered at the end.

Offering me “another salmon” as a solution, when we had already finished eating, was insulting and ridiculous. This shows a complete lack of professionalism, customer care, and food safety standards.

I expect a proper response and real compensation. If this is how your business handles serious food safety issues, then I will have no choice but to escalate this complaint further and warn...

My two friends and I stopped by for a meal after a long day of touring. The atmosphere was immediately inviting upon entering. Our waiter was friendly, attentive, and spoke excellent English, which was helpful as we don't speak French or Arabic. We each ordered the Cordon Bleu with different sides and some fresh juice. After placing our order, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary starter of olives and bread it was a welcome treat as we were quite hungry. Our food arrived promptly. The Cordon Bleu was beautifully presented, and it was delicious! The portion size was generous, and everything on the wooden board was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and left feeling full and satisfied. I highly recommend this restaurant.
