The food at Duo was excellent—fresh ingredients, well-prepared dishes, and great flavors. However, the service left a lot to be desired. The staff wasn’t very attentive, and it took longer than expected to get our orders. While the food was enjoyable, the overall experience was affected by the lackluster service.

On top of that, we had an uncomfortable experience towards the end of our meal, a man repeatedly approached our table from outside, asking for leftover food. He didn’t appear homeless, and despite us ignoring him, he kept coming back. After we left, he started shouting insults at us from a distance, which made the situation even more disturbing.

I understand that the restaurant isn’t responsible for the behavior of people outside, but it would have been reassuring if staff had intervened or at least been aware of the situation. Unfortunately, this put a damper on an otherwise good meal.

I've heard a lot about this place, I've also seen positive reviews that pushed me to go, however, I wouldn't say my experience was anything but positive. First, the place is not quite cozy it has this weird atmosphere that I didn't like. The second thing the service is veeeery slow I had to keep looking for the servers to get the menu, and yes it took a while to even find them to place my order. The third thing and the most important one is the food. It was horrible! The toast lacked flavor, the pancakes looked bland, the eggs smelled funny. Everything seemed to be lacking. A homemade toast is so much better than what I've eaten. Nothing about that menu spoke flavor, texture and talent. Totally do not recommend. Waste of...
