I recently had the pleasure of dining at Little Mamma, and I can confidently say it's an amazing and delicious Italian restaurant that I absolutely love!

No doubt food is great 👍🏼 but the service? Lol go to mcdonalds and you’ll get better service was waiting for awhile but we seem to be invisible as the only guests that the waiters even the guy in the counter see are the Chinese customers on the other table, despite that we still waited patiently, i ordered tagliatelle with seafood and pink sauce and my fiance ordered steak with mac & cheese , we waited again for a long time then the food came and they serve me the wrong dish I was flabbergasted as im really hungry and has been waiting for so long, I told the staff and yet he ignored me I called the guy in the counter and so he sent it back to be replaced no Sorry , apology no nothing! I felt disrespected confused and frustrated, it took awhile for my food to come back, when its payment time they were so fast despite the fact that there was even more people than the time we were ordering. Horrible experience with cold dishes and a cockroach: I had dinner today at Little Mamma Biranzaran. We ordered 2 pasta dishes and 1 caprese salad. A table nearby came after us and was serviced quickly (before us). Then came our order, incomplete and cold... 2 cold pasta dishes (chicken alfredo and frutti di mare), no salad. When we asked a waiter, his basic/cold answer was: who took your order.... 10 minutes passed by, no change. I went to the manager counter, asked why we had to wait this much, obviously he had no trace of a caprese salad, he promised to accelerate the process. We finally ate, and as we were finishing our plates, a friendly cockroach crawled from the roof to exactly 5 centimeters from our faces on the wall on our left. We just left, and again talked to the same waiter who coldly said: even houses have cockroaches. Horrible...
