Extremely disappointing experience. It was my first time at this restaurant, and from the moment I walked in, I was treated with rudeness by the receptionist even though the place was completely empty. I mentioned that I had called three times to make a reservation (with no answer), and she was very unaccommodating. I arrived early and she pressured me into choosing between upstairs or downstairs seating, even though I told her I was waiting for my friends. She insisted I call them on the spot to decide, which felt very unnecessary and uncomfortable. When my friends arrived and wanted to sit downstairs, she suddenly claimed it was “fully reserved” which was clearly not true, as the restaurant was still mostly empty. Only after insisting did she “magically” find a table for us. Once seated, she made a strange comment like, “I don’t need to check IDs, right?”—we're 25 and clearly adults—but we smiled and took it as a compliment. Yet just minutes later, she sent over a security guard to check our IDs in a very unprofessional and abrupt manner. Three of us planned to eat and two just wanted drinks (which we told her upfront and were told was okay). While we waited for our fifth friend to arrive, we were repeatedly pressured by the waiters to place our order. As soon as our friend arrived, we were suddenly told that if everyone didn’t order food, we’d have to move upstairs. At that point, we chose to leave. The staff made no effort to apologize and even spoke rudely in front of us. We felt completely unwelcome and disrespected. This is not how you treat paying customers. I will not be coming back, and I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. RUN RUN RUN

French-style restaurant that caters to tourists in the big city of Casablanca. They serve a French menu (the entire menu is also in French language). The background music is a bit like being in a discotheque and doesn't provide for great ambience. But the service and food was good. Try the beef fillet with bernaise sauce! The best part of our experience was the Moroccan wine.

Very cool atmosphere and decor. The service was pretty good and the staff very friendly. It was the perfect place to watch the works cup. Drinks are pretty expensive, but within the norms for the area. We were not that hungry, so we just ordered a cheese board, and it was actually really good. I definitely recommend it.

Really disappointing experience

I honestly don’t think I’ve ever been treated this badly at a restaurant. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was off. The manager was cold, snobby, and clearly made no effort to be welcoming. On the contrary — it felt like she went out of her way to make us uncomfortable. Her tone, her attitude, everything about the interaction was passive-aggressive and dismissive.

Despite the restaurant being nearly empty around 9 PM, she insisted we sit upstairs — no explanation, just pressure. We had let them know beforehand that some of us would be ordering food and others just drinks, and were told that was fine. But once seated, that agreement seemed to disappear. The pressure to order was nonstop, and we were told that if everyone didn’t get food, we’d have to move.

The staff, unfortunately, had the same energy — cold, standoffish, and clearly not interested in giving us a good experience. At one point, the manager even made a weird remark about checking our IDs — which, in the context, felt unnecessary and just added to the overall condescending vibe.

We ended up leaving and finishing our night elsewhere — and honestly, that was the best decision we could’ve made.

The space might look nice, but when the people working there treat guests like they’re a burden, it completely kills the experience. Wouldn’t...

Nice and trendy restaurant with a good capacity sitting ground and mezanine.. Service staff are nice but still need some trainings. The team member with mustaches who served us is good the young one need to learn english terms of restaurant utensils. (we have been moved from our first table as we got the info its reserved!!?? 🤔 🤔 We took the next table as i didnt want to argue with the hostess wich we cant reconize as a staff due to her way to dress look like a guest if we dont see her in the entrance.!?no name tag..as well as some other staff.. No uniform.. The second high table to small and uncomfortable to dine in.. After two drinks we ask to move to a dinning table we ask a table beside a pillar facing the band we have been told also reserved (..!!? 🤔 Ok let see who will come for both chosen tables..!? We got a table behind the pillar where my two companion will not be able to see the band.. Getting the second bottle of wine we ask to move to a proper table facing the band.. The supervisor or manager wearing black suite came and moved us to an other table.. Better.. Thanks.. Then we order a third bottle with food.. The surprise is when the two reserved tables guests arrived both are for (residents ladies.!!? 🤔.. No comments).. Complexe food and...
