Absolutely NOT a 4 star hotel, the room quality is bad but not the worst.

The reviews about the towel, utensils, room service, and hygiene are accurate.

There are a lot of things they need to repair and change, like shower heads, shower hose, mirrors, faucet, safe box, breakfast and late breakfast. The glass balcony wall is not safe for kids, this needs urgent attention. The whole curtain system needs to be reconsidered, the burtain rail is low quality with a heavy curtain.

Hygiene is not the best. The air-conditioning system in our 1st room smells terrible. The sofa beds are full of bread crumbs, seems like it has not been vacuumed before our stay. The 2nd room after changing (due to too much broken things) is worse than the 1st one. The bedroom smells terrible, smells like poop. The shower and toilet is not clean, full of scum and moulds.

The staff are nice people, except for the ladies in the breakfast area. The guy making coffee is nice. The breakfast is not good, not much options and they won't refill or heat the remaining food if you come late. I think the only warm food is the Moroccan soup, other than that everything are cold.

I think the hotel has a poor management system. These things was on previous reviews and I don't think these were resolved. What a shame, should have been a lovely hotel to stay because the...

Run hard and fast away from this hotel! Health hazard awaits you!

We booked this hotel via the biggest booking site there is. And we explicitly booked a room with a balcony. Upon arrival it seemed as our reservation could not be found. After some searching and frowning, the receptionist declared she found it. Which we strongly doubt, as we found ourselves moments later in a room without balcony. As stated in our booking confirmation that we indeed booked a room with balcony, we headed to reception and notified the receptionist about the error. As it turned out, there was no room available with a balcony. So, booking weeks ahead of arrival, we got stuck with the wrong room. Thinking we could cope with the disappointment we headed back to the room. But upon further inspection we were scared out of our wits about seeing the bathroom!

The bathroom seemed like a scene from a bad horrormovie, as the picture will show. Mold all over the place, and stains that have been there for ages!

that is just the first sight. I had to wait almost half an hour to check in, the price was much higher than the price shown on the webside. When I booked the room on their side the payment was confirmed in euro and I had to pay 100 €, at the Hotel they told me they don't accept €, and their exchange-rate is : 1 €= 10,99 MAD. I had no choise, I had to accept the the rate and the new price of 1155 MAD, this is without any doubt a fraud! Additionally we had a problem with the bathroom, after taking a shower the bath-room got full of water it even reached the rest of the room, when we did the reclamation, they told us they couldn't give us another room because the hotel had no free rooms anymore. Even my car got demaged in front of their door, but they didn't want to help me out, eventhough there is camera outside, they said they have nothing to do with the parking areas in front...
