Absolutely Horrible – Avoid at All Costs! 👎🤢

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. This was hands down the worst dining experience of my life.

Let's start with the food—if you can even call it that. I wouldn't serve this to my worst enemy. The meat was so dry it could double as sandpaper, the vegetables were soggy and tasteless, and the soup? More like dirty dishwater with a sprinkle of regret. I’ve had better meals at gas stations.

Now, the service—absolutely disgraceful. The waiters acted like I personally offended them just by walking in. I asked for a menu, and the waiter rolled his eyes so hard I thought he might pass out. When my food finally arrived (after what felt like an eternity), it was cold, unseasoned, and utterly inedible. When I politely mentioned it, the waiter scoffed and walked away like I was inconveniencing him by expecting edible food.

To top it all off, the place was filthy. Sticky tables, stained chairs, and a weird smell that made me question if something had died in the kitchen.

Save yourself the misery. Go literally anywhere else—even a vending machine would be a better option. 0/10,...

Date: June 27, around 10 PM We were a group of 6 people and had a really disappointing experience. We waited at our table for about 30 minutes with no service. The waiter had initially come by to give us menus and told us he’d be back in 2 minutes — but he never returned.

Eventually, my cousin went inside to let someone know we were still waiting. That’s when the waiter finally showed up, but instead of apologizing, he said there were other people before us (which we understood). Then he told us we shouldn’t go inside to ask because “no one cares.” Honestly, that felt incredibly rude and unprofessional. We left straight away after he said that.

It’s unfortunate, because the place looked nice, but the service was extremely poor and left a really bad impression.

Fecha: 27 de junio, alrededor de las 22:00 Éramos un grupo de 6 personas y tuvimos una experiencia bastante decepcionante. Esperamos en la mesa durante unos 30 minutos sin que nadie nos atendiera. El camarero pasó al principio para darnos los menús y nos dijo que volvía en 2 minutos… pero nunca regresó.

Finalmente, mi amigo tuvo que entrar a avisar que aún estábamos esperando. Entonces el camarero apareció, pero en lugar de disculparse, dijo que había otras personas antes que nosotros (lo cual entendemos). Luego añadió que no deberíamos entrar a preguntar porque “a nadie le importa”. Sinceramente, ese comentario nos pareció muy grosero y poco profesional. Nos fuimos directamente después de que dijo eso.

Una pena, porque el lugar se ve bien, pero el servicio fue muy deficiente y dejó una impresión...

اتصلت بأحد الأصدقاء الصحافيين بحكم أنه إبن أصيلة ليرشدني على مطعم من أجل وجبة غداء رفقة أبنائي وأمهم، عملت بنصيحته وقصدت مطعم SEVEN SEAS)، طلبي كما هو موضح في التذكرة أدناه، بصدق عالي وللشهادة مكان يستحق الزيارة وجودة عالية في الأطباق وثمن مناسب مع جمالية الفضاء والخدمات المتوفرة، مع التحفظ على القرنيط أو السيبيا أو الباسمان (الكلمار).

لكن النادل لم يكون رجل مسؤول بوصفه واجهة المحل، طلبت الفاتوره من أجل الدفع، أخبرني أن المجموع العام هو 632 درهم + 17 درهم فريت يعني 649 درهم قولت له هل أنت متأكد، كان رده سريعاً وقال ااااه نسيت قنينة ماء 15 درهم يعني المجموع العام هو 664 درهم، بنظرة حادة ونبرة صوت جدية، هات تلك الأوراق أنا أعرف استخدام الآلة الحاسبة، قمت بجمع ثمن كل طبق تناولته وجدت المجموع هو 455 درهم إضافة الفريت و قنية الماء الغير المسجلين بالفاتورة الرئيسية تساوي 487 درهم قولت له من أين أتيت ب 664 درهم يا رجل ؟ ولماذا دونتها بالقلم أعلى الفاتورة؟ بدأ يتلعثم في الكلام ويقول بأنني لم أفهمه...

لا عليك يا (رجل) لقد فهمتك جيداً أنت الذي لم تفهم ولم تحترم نفسك ولا صاحب المطعم في هذه اللحظة كان بدأ الصوت يرتفع بعض الشيء مما دفع الشابة المسؤولة على إخراج الفواتير تقترب وتحاول أن تفهم ما يحدث خصوصاً وأنها كانت إمرأة إلى جانبنا مستغربة مما يحدث وعلى وجهها ملامح الخوف من أن يحصل...
