La Breva Rooftop — Restaurant in Fez

usually I dont complain but I find myself compelled to share my thoughts about our visit to Labreva. it was sort of busy evening, we sat at dirty table for almost 30min we kept flagging servers to finally get someone's attention mind you our table was by the door. meaning every waiter walked past us to the patio. one of the servers was very rude without any greeting, grabbed a chair didn't bother ask or offer to clean the dirty table or take our order besides the power went out 3 times, nobody seemed to care to apologize ☹☹ poor customer service,poor management....

Low quality food, and the price is high, we thought that the price was reasonable if the food would be good, but unfortunately we had waffles and they were like plastic, we couldn't eat even 20% of the food for how bad it was. The coffee was burned, yet we ordered the capsule one so it was the wrong order or we got scammed, not sure. And for the hot chocolate drink, it was just milk with cacao powder, and they give it wit a cheap plastic straw, this was the funniest thing, since if you tried drinking that using the straw just call an ambulance to be in the...

My friend who lives in Fes introduced us to this place when we first came to visit Morocco in 2017 and we make sure we always visit this place. Amazing place to chill and hang out relax have a catch up and get some shade. The views are beautiful here, there is rooftop which is worth going to. Variety of food drinks and desserts to buy. Clean and calm cafe service nowadays is okay they rush you and don’t like children making noise or running around as people want to relax and enjoy their time here, it is kid friendly and clean.
