Their petit déjeuner selections are extensive, reasonably priced, and tasted delicious. We had the Le Frenchie and Le Morocain. The Frenchie came with a cheese toast, eggs of your choice and drinks. The Le Morocain came with Moroccan breads, olive oil, white cheese, and drinks. Both options we picked were cooked well and tasted delicious. Service was in a timely manner too. Each petit déjeuner package always come with a hot drink of your choice and a glass of orange juice and a bottle of water. Might end up being too much if you don't eat a big breakfast, then go to the ala carte options.
The restaurant ambiance was great. The cafe looks modern (not many around Casablanca), tidy, and clean. There is a shelf full with selections of viennoiseries too. We had to try their pain au chocolat and didn't dissapoint.
Unfortunately when we came to the cafe, the park in front of the cafe was under constructions (don't know for how long) and blocked the view and the most sun inside. Otherwise seating outside is preferable :)
The staff spoke good English and very friendly, knowing we didn't understand French or Arabic.
There's nothing to fault and highly recommend if you're looking for a good, peaceful brunch location in...

The worst place ever. A nightmare. I visited 36 countries and never ever found one this worse. Took some guests and this place embarrassed me so bad from bad service, to no class and no idea how a business is run when a crisis happens. Should be in another type of business. Update on 12May2022 I am coming back to this review and providing an update. One of the best ways of dealing with feedback is the follow up with clients. Cozy Café management contacted me and wanted to express their regrets and apologized for the unfortunate situation. I decided to give them another chance. My family and I went back and we received the usual service this business provides. Professionalism, etiquette, care and class. They also offered not to get paid for it. The way they dealt with this situation is similar to service I receive from Apple, Samsung, IBM, and other huge companies. Cozy Café deserves my business and that of my family and friends and today we are going there twice. Once for lunch and once for dinner with some professional Basketball players. This is a very happy ending to a controllable situation that could have caused me to miss doing business with a...
Read moreI had a disappointing experience at Cozy Cafe, despite the food being nice. I don’t recommend dining in due to the poor service. On two separate occasions, I ordered New York rolls, which are already cooked, but the service was terrible both times.
The first time, they forgot my order completely and only noticed when I was about to leave, handing it to me at the last moment. The second time, I waited over 15 minutes for the New York rolls, which should have been served quickly. When I asked the waiter about it, he completely ignored me without saying a word. The manager eventually came over but was unhelpful and had an attitude, seemingly more interested in covering up the waiter’s behavior than fixing the issue.
This kind of service is unacceptable, especially for a simple dish that requires no preparation time. I’d recommend just ordering the food for takeaway or getting it from another place entirely if you want to avoid the frustration...
