The only thing bad about this place was the people staring at me, waiting to sit down. It's a small restaurant with a set menu and big flavors. The cost is 200DH. If you aren't patient and a little adventurous don't bother. When I arrived there was only a few patrons eating. By the time I got my 2nd course there was a huge line waiting at the door. The man who served me was kind and as quick as I think he could be. All of the people working seemed to be working quickly and intently. There was never a moment when my glass was not full with their in house fruit juice as well. I loved the bread. The soup was OK but didn't have a lot of flavor in my opinion. The 2nd course with some kind of cooked leafy green and seafood(I have no idea what I was eating) was so delicious! The main was whatever fish they had chosen to give me that was cooked on some kind of grill. The best fish I've had!!. Dessert was some melon and nuts with honey. Overall I'd recommend it to everyone...
Read moreI first discovered this restaurant in Tangier and had a great experience, so I decided to try it again in Rabat. Unfortunately, I couldn't have been more disappointed. They use a really cheap tactic: if you're three people, instead of serving each person their own individual plate, they bring out just one medium-sized plate to share. As a result, the portions per person are significantly smaller compared to individual servings.
For a price of 200 DH per person, this is simply abusive. You expect a service that matches the price, with fair portions and a minimum level of consideration for the customers. This practice really feels like they're trying to cut costs at the expense of the customer, which is unacceptable.
I do not recommend this restaurant in Rabat, especially if you've experienced the one in Tangier. The experience is clearly not the same, and the value for money is far...
Read moreWe ate at this place, and we were not satisfied at all. Firstly, I have to say that being a restaurant in Morocco, it is expensive. As you can see, the menu costs 200 dirhams (20 euros). You can have a meal for this money in Europe. For sure, here in Spain, you can eat fish for that money, so if there in Rabat you can eat for 80/100 dirhams (even less outside Rabat) this place, it's extremely expensive. The second thing is that you see the menu and they tell you that you can choose which fish you want. They didn't ask us; they brought us 2 random fishes for four people; meanwhile, it should be one fish of your choice for each menu. Considering this was the only valuable plate on the menu; the rest are mostly soups and vegetables, we were pretty upset. So my advice is not to go there and go to a less touristic place, where you would probably spend half of it and eat...
