Young and inexperienced staff, left to their own devices, no senior staff to be seen - at least i couldn't see them. VERY SMALL outfit, badly laid out. No system to call customers orders ready for p8ckup. Too many glovo types clogging the counter, make them wait outside away from the windows and organise a window for them to take their order without entering, make them remove helmets inside, they should only come ito eat themselves or use the toilets. My burger was cold, I was missng a piece of chicken. Its very noisy because of the thight space. I thought late me het some KFC because I didn't have any for a long time and regretted it right away. You still could see some feathers and it honestly doesn't taste great. It is easy better to to local fast-food restaurants or any other local restaurants and eat. I can't understand why famous fast-food restaurants still attract a lot of people. KFC Morocco has become a complete disaster. The food quality is awful, portions are smaller, prices keep rising, and to make it worse, they constantly forget items from the order. It feels like they just don’t care anymore.

This is not the KFC people used to enjoy — it’s now overpriced junk with terrible service. Our group of friends and family used to order often, but after being disappointed over and over, we’ve decided we’re done for good.

KFC Morocco has officially lost a large group of loyal customers, and honestly, we warn everyone: don’t waste your money here....
