Chez Francette is truly a hidden gem of French cuisine in Marrakech. Our experience there was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we stepped in, it felt less like dining at a restaurant and more like being warmly welcomed into someone’s home.

The owner is incredible—gracious, genuine, and so passionate about their food and guests. Chatting with her was one of the highlights of our evening. She made us feel completely at ease, and the personal touch added so much to the experience.

As for the food—simply sublime. From the starters to the main courses, every dish was succulent, perfectly balanced, and full of flavor. You can truly taste the love and care that goes into each plate.

Un moment très agréable passé Chez Francette ! La cuisine est tout simplement parfaite : des ingrédients de qualité et une préparation visuellement soignée.

Mon choix de menu : • Entrée : salade de chèvre chaud • Plat principal : bœuf bourguignon • Dessert : flan maison Un vrai régal à chaque étape.

Un membre de l’équipe est venu m’expliquer l’histoire familiale de l’établissement, qui comprend également l’Hôtel TAFOUKT (ce qui signifie « Soleil » en berbère). Une belle découverte !

L’équipe en salle est irréprochable : accueil chaleureux, service attentif. L’emplacement est facile d’accès et très calme, ce qui ajoute au charme de l’expérience.

La propriétaire est très humble et vous accueille sans jugement ni aucune prétention. La cuisine est inégalable par rapport à d’autre établissement qui ont pignon sur rue. Si vous cherchez une cuisine de qualité c’est la qui faut aller. Donner de la force à ce genre d’établissement qui mettent tout en œuvre pour que vous mangiez bien et qui ce soucie réellement de ce qu’il vous mettent sur l’assiette. J’espère qu’il auront bcp de succès car c’est mérité.
