Very good! Everything was freshly made, fresh and quality ingredients and taste is AMAZING!

ORDER: 750g mixte meat 110dh, Salad with olives 20dh, Tagine Kefta-Oeufs 40dh, Frites 10dh

FOOD QUALITY: Meat was made to perfection! Tagine Kefta was very tasty specially with all the side sauces. And probably the best fries I had in a long time, crunchy and very soft inside from a fresh potato.

Salads and olives very perfectly mixed with olives melting in your mouth, where you can literally taste the olive oil.

SERVICE: Very kind and with a bright smile. Also very helpful and quick!

ATMOSPHERE: Place is filled with locals and only fully packed restaurant in the whole block. (There are at least 4 other restaurants around)

You could easily dismiss this place because it's not fancy but you would be missing out. Not only was the food good but the service and atmosphere were great. There are 3 or 4 restaurants serving the same/similar we chose Chez Bejgueni because it was busy, the others were empty despite the waiters trying their best to tempt us. During our meal people waited for tables rather than going to the restaurants next door. Unfortunately there wasn't an English menu but the waiter spoke enough English to explain the main concept. Choose what you want by weight and it's cooked for you. We decided on a 1kg mix, chicken, chops, sausages, mince and marinated beef. This came with fresh baguettes, chopped tomatoes and spicy sauce. Went there today - I am telling you they serve fresh bread, after 4 days of eating at all other traditional places this one is far the best and the bill for a 5 person spread was only 235 MAD. I got ripped off going to Jamel Fena and the way they all Push you to sit on their tables - don’t waste Money there ! Go here you won’t be disappointed.
