Le Bar Majorelle at La Mamounia is truly one of the most stunning and luxurious places I have ever visited. From the moment you step inside, you feel like you are entering a movie set, the design is absolutely breathtaking. Every corner of the bar is crafted with incredible detail, blending rich colors, elegant lighting, and sophisticated furnishings that transport you to a world of glamour and beauty.

We only stopped by for dessert and drinks, but the experience was unforgettable. The desserts were presented like pieces of art, and the drinks were crafted with great attention to detail and flavor. Everything tasted exquisite, making it a unique treat that felt special and memorable.

À mon arrivée, ma première impression n'était pas des meilleures en raison des portiers qui ne souriaient pas et ne me souhaitaient pas la bienvenue. Au lieu de cela, ils m'ont immédiatement dit qu'il était strictement interdit de prendre des photos ou de filmer à l'intérieur, ce qui m'a frustré. J'ai alors hésité à faire demi-tour et partir, mais j'ai décidé de continuer et de découvrir l'établissement.

En arrivant à l'entrée de la terrasse du bar, j'ai été chaleureusement accueilli par les hôtesses, qui m'ont conduit à ma table. J'ai pris plaisir à m'installer, à profiter du soleil et du calme, ainsi qu'à écouter le chant des oiseaux avec une vue sur le jardin verdoyant.

J'ai attendu environ 15-20 minutes pour passer ma commande. Le service, assuré par Karim (son prénom figurait sur l'addition), était mécanique et sans sourire. J'ai eu l'impression que le travail était fait par obligation plutôt que par passion pour ce noble métier. J'ai observé qu'il ne prêtait pas la même attention à la clientèle arabe qu'à la clientèle Européenne ou Américaine, ce qui est vraiment déplorable. Par exemple un groupe de 3 femmes orientales à côté de ma table a dû l'appeler plusieurs fois, et il n'a même pas pris le temps de leur dire un instant s'il vous plaît.

Malgré cela, ma boisson et ma pâtisserie étaient délicieuses.

J'ai pu oublier ce désagrément en me promenant dans le grand jardin, qui ressemblait à un paradis avec ses arbres fruitiers, ses mandariniers et ses pamplemoussiers. C'était très beau à voir.

En sortant, l'agent de sécurité m'a interdit de quitter le lieu en traversant la terrasse du bar alors que j’y étais deja.. sans raison apparente. Il m'a orienté vers un autre chemin qui faisait un détour et me faisait repasser par la terrasse.

En conclusion, je tiens à dire que le cadre est très beau, luxueux et magnifique, mais le personnel du service n'est pas à la hauteur de cette gamme. Il manque cruellement...
