I would highly advise all vistors to avoid this place at all costs unless you want to risk being overcharged, lied to, and completely disrespected by the staff. My experience was beyond disappointing, and I want to share this to prevent others from going through the same ordeal.

I was charged incorrectly at this nightclub – I noticed the morning after my visit that my credit card was billed for four people's entrance fee instead of just myself. Despite the fact that I provided proof of payment and my friends’ separate receipts, I was continuously misled and promised a refund via both phone conversations and WhatsApp. I was told, multiple times, that it would be resolved, so I spent the time and money to return to the venue in person, hoping to resolve the issue.

What I received was an appalling display of unprofessionalism and arrogance. Instead of helping, the bouncers dismissed my concerns and treated me like I was beneath them, belittling me and making me feel completely inferior. The front entrance staff then told me to send an email rather than resolve the issue in person as their accounting person wasn't in, and of course, even after emailing, no refund was ever issued. To add insult to injury, they didn’t even care enough to apologize for their mistake or the inconvenience they caused. I left feeling utterly gutted and disrespected.

Please do yourself a favour and avoid this place unless you want to risk being scammed and treated poorly. I will never be returning, and I highly suggest others steer clear. There are plenty of other incredible venues in the area that value their customers and don’t engage in such...

The exerience overall was ok if ot wasn't for a small unfortunate event. First i think its a bit overpriced drinks as well overpriced. But the barmans are ok and the dancers they surprised us as we didn't knew they were gonna perform that night too.. It took time to get full and so the party to start and so for the music to be decent a d danceble so take your time go ther by 1 if not 2 . The dj was ok some of the songs would mix them ok but the rest is a no too many songs changed too early. The unfortunate event was that there was too many bouncing balls and they are super big its easy to get hurt if you're not careful . This is what happen to my friend she was drinking with her glass and got hit by a bouncing ball everything would have been ok if the staff would noticed it that she was bleeding everywhere she was shocked i tryed to approach the bar to ask for some tissues but the security told me to say away from the bar as the girls were dancing. Finally we got to the toilet and we managed to stop the bleeding with some tissues but even there no one asked if we were ok. So disappointed we had to leave. Even at the exit the experience was really bad with the taxi you would expect a really elegant and classy place like this that charges that much to have a certain dehor even outside. But no we were literally assaulted by I would say min 6 or 7 taxi driver that they were asking us where we want to go and they were following us . But i guess thats not part of the club but its the image of it outside so i would try to regulate them.

But the club is really nice the design and architecture...

I recently visited this club with my friends, and unfortunately our experience was quite disappointing. We tried to enter using tickets but the security staff denied us entry the security guard acted arrogant and condescending, as if he were some kind of god, he is claiming that a reservation was required , We initially wanted to enter with tickets like any regular guests. Our plan was simple: check out the atmosphere first and if everything felt good we were ready to buy a bottle and enjoy the night properly. At the same time we noticed that foreign tourists and other local people were being allowed in with much more ease.

It seems like you need to have personal connections inside the club or offer money in order to get in easily. I know how these kind of places operate ive been to nightlife clubs all over morocco. But what’s truly disappointing is that even if you're willing to spend your money, they still won’t let you in.

We were all dressed appropriately and met the club standards in terms of appearance and attire. Despite that, we felt disrespected and discouraged by the way we were treated. The overall experience left us with the impression that there is a clear bias in how guests are treated, which raises serious concerns about discrimination...
