Dear Mundos Management

Just yesterday I ordered the belly ribs and it was fantastic finger licking good. I was there yesterday lunchtime alone. Tonight I brought my family in order for all of us to have ribs. 3 full 600gr ribs and 1 belly ribs. The belly ribs was burned beyond being able to eat it. 2/3 ribs was eaten and one full one send for takeaways however I didn't get my takeaway. The quality of the ribs I had yesterday and the ones for this evening was a different as day and night. I advised them the ribs wasn't good and the belly ribs was taken off the bill and the full plate that was send back was decidee to be kept by someone and we paid for it. Same happened with yesterday takeaways, someone helped themselves to some of the food on my plate.

I didn't want to raise it yesterday however this evening was the cherry on top. Mundos is certainly off my list of dinning at. Really disappointed. The manager on the floor saw these plates being send back however not once come to the table to ask or discuss the matter on hand. Service also rather disappointing.

I was really looking forward to a relaxing Sunday afternoon meal, but unfortunately, my experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. After waiting for 30 minutes, I was informed that my order of Steak, Egg, and Chips wasn’t available. This wouldn’t have been such an issue if I had been told earlier, but by the time they informed me, I had already spent a good portion of my afternoon waiting.

This completely changed my plans for the evening, as I had to settle for something else that I neither particularly enjoy nor had intended to eat. It’s frustrating when a restaurant fails to manage its menu properly and only informs customers of unavailability after a long wait.

On a positive note, the beer was good as always, which was the only redeeming part of the experience. However, overall, the service and lack of communication left a lot to be desired. Hopefully, they can improve...

I had a mixed experience at this restaurant. The food was good, but the service was a bit slow. The atmosphere was nice and the prices were reasonable.

I ordered the grilled salmon, which was cooked perfectly and served with a delicious sauce. My companion ordered the steak, which was also cooked well. The vegetables on the side were fresh and flavorful.
