No better dessert bakery in Yangon.

A lot of places here will have cupcakes, cookies or brownies that look amazing but will fall flat to us Westerners used to certain textures or tastes in our baked goods. Cupcakes with be dry or muffin-like, cakes crumbly and lacking flavor, etc.

Not the case at Yangon bakehouse. Brownies taste and feel like something you would pull out of your oven at home, cookies that are just the right amount of gooey. My personal favorite is the chocolate banana bread. Very reasonable prices!

Sweet little spot on the ground floor of Pearl Condo! Nice place to get work done! Each seat has it's own individual power outlet and they have free wifi! We ordered the chai tea latte and a chocolate chip cookie. The chai latte didn't have that much flavor and was mostly steamed milk.
