Steers — Restaurant in Khomas

Called to place my order to collect in 15 minutes. At arrival of this so-called "fast-food shop", I had to wait to pay, because the one and only cashier had to go to the toilet. I don't have a problem with that, when you need to go, you need to go. But when I asked if my order was at least ready, I had to hear that it was given away to another fortunate customer. So, I had to place a new order, calling in advance made no difference. When the cashier eventually arrived, she of course had all the time in the world to report back to her duty. This is very poor service and I don't think I will ever think of going...

Well, that was the worst burger I've had in a long time. I've been feeling like a King Steer burger, haven't had one for years. Went to Steers Nelson Mandela Ave, Windhoek. When I got there at 12h15 it was empty, thought, that's great, now I know why. The two patties came out of a container, already cooked, they were over cooked they were dry and leathery. The bun must have gone through a microwave as it was chewy and compressed. The person assembling the burger couldn't pick up her feet. She was shlooffing around in the kitchen during this operation. No enthusiasm for my about to be burger experience....

I was so so disappointed today... Though service was not bad, the food was really disappointing. Burger buns look like a few days old.. rumpled and dry. The Ribster burgerhad the patty, piece of cheese, 1x slice tomatoe and a few chunks of raw onion... Chips definitely no longer freshlu cut chips... But frozen chips. This used to be my favourite take away but wont...
