“Location is perfect with enough seating space, spacious parking area, and the outdoor sitting area is especially nice. The interior is minimalistic, nothing very special, and the ambience was just okay. One staff member (a brother) had good knowledge about food and communicated well, which really helped. However, the girl who first greeted us was not able to take proper notes of the order. Even after my repeated request for her to write it down, she eventually forgot to place one of the items in the kitchen.

Service overall was quick, but the staff need better training. Waiters should have enough knowledge about the food items so that customers can decide properly what they want. Not every customer is well aware of Chinese cuisine, and it’s the staff’s responsibility to explain clearly. The lack of this guidance affected my experience too.

The food was decent, but the service was very disappointing. The server was quite rude and unprofessional. Initially, she provided one menu, but we noticed another (black) menu on a nearby table. When we asked about it, she seemed nervous and explained it was a new printed menu, though she claimed everything else was the same.

Since we were five people, we each compared both menus and found price differences —, the Spicy Fish dish was Rs 1,000 cheaper on the new menu. When questioned, the server nervously said some items had changed but insisted they were different dishes, even though the name and photo were identical.

At payment, they charged Rs 100 for a water bottle, even though the marked price mentioned was Rs 45. After raising the issue, they eventually agreed not to charge for the water.
