Service: You get there and take a table but no one notices you. After 15 minutes of wait, you get to the counter and order the food by your self. The staffs don't care if the guests need something. Food: The food is not that good compared to the pricr. The water that was served to you had some kind of bug on it. The rest: They make you pay service charge and VAT but don't give you an invoice. My recent order from thai ghar through Foodmandu was an absolute joke. The portion sizes were ridiculously small, like they were trying to stretch out every last bit of food. I ordered stir-fried chicken with cashew, and guess what—no cashews! Then came the meatballs with tamarind sauce, but they forgot the sauce entirely. It was dry and tasteless. For what they charge, this is nothing short of a rip-off. You pay premium prices and get less than half of what you'd expect. I’ve never felt so cheated by a restaurant. I usually have Thai food, and I had Pad Thai for the fourth time at this place. I’ve tried Pad Thai at many places across Nepal, and this place serves one of the best. The rice noodles were perfectly cooked and well-flavored, with a decent amount of meat.

I forgot the name of the chicken dish (the one I’ve posted a picture of), but it was average — just okay to go with.

I also tried the Thai tea, but I wouldn’t recommend it, as it tastes just like Nepali tea in a colder version.
