Our stay at The Beach was absolutely wonderful. The location couldn’t be more perfect — right on the lake, just a 5-minute taxi ride from the center of Pokhara and the lively Lakeside area.

The food was pure perfection — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The service was outstanding as well; every member of the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

What truly stood out to us was the family-friendly atmosphere. Our children could play freely while we relaxed, feeling completely safe thanks to the friendly and attentive security guard.

Everyone spoke English, and to my surprise, the Nepali manager even spoke German with me — something I didn’t expect at all as a German-speaking guest!

Overall, it was our best experience in Pokhara. When we return to Nepal, we’ll definitely come back...

We stayed in the "backside" deluxe rooms, which is just faced away from the lake, so there was no view - but it was worth the price cut, also we didn't spend much time in the room anyway.

For Rs3,500 we got about a 3-4 star room with: almost new, sparkling Clean room and bathroom Separate shower area Hot water Toiletries included (shampoo, shower gel, soap, 2 toothbrush sets, towels, but no comb or conditioner) AC and Fan TV with NetTV channels Dedicated Room Wifi Mini Fridge Mirrors Cupboards with Hangers Coffee table and chairs Breakfast as well (but total cost goes...

"I had an absolutely fantastic time at The Beach Bar and Lodge! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm and friendly service. The location is unbeatable – right by Fewa Lake with stunning views of the water. The food was delicious, especially the authentic Nepali and continental cuisine, and the drinks were top-notch. The ambiance is laid-back and perfect for relaxing, whether you’re lounging by the lake or enjoying a cozy evening at the bar. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and offered everything I needed for a perfect getaway. I can't wait to come back!...

The food was beyond amazing—each dish was crafted to perfection, and the flavors were incredible. The prices were definitely justified, considering the quality of the experience. Overall, I loved everything about the place and can’t wait to visit again! Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience.

It’s a really nice place to be, great environment, great view of the hills and lake, good service especially from Subash (on the picture) he saved our experience. And the manager, he was great. It’s my second day here and until I ordered a drink it was really good. But as soon as they got to know their mistake they corrected it. The food is really good, a shout out to the chef. And their hospitality. I believe I will be back again for a good cup of ice coffee and something to eat.

It’s a really nice place to be, great environment, great view of the hills and lake, good service especially from Subash (on the picture) he saved our experience. And the manager, he was great. It’s my second day here and until I ordered a drink it was really good. But as soon as they got to know their mistake they corrected it. The food is really good, a shout out to the chef. And their hospitality. I believe I will be back again for a good cup of ice coffee and something to eat.
