The experience started after we got back from a Jungle Stay. We had awoken, and not eaten breakfast. After a small trek back to the Main Street. Me and my good friend were seriously hungry. We sat down and were greeted with impeccable service. We’d had enough Kothey Momo’s during our previous days in Nepal, I could not count how many I’d consumed. We were hungry, and decided some Kothey Chicken Momo’s would quite possibly, just maybe hit the spot. After ordering, we were presented with some lovely looking dumplings, with a bright and delicious looking sauce. The hunger set in, and we decided it was time to eat. The next 4 minutes and 39 seconds were the most magical experience of my life. Overwhelmed by the intensity of the flavour and the supreme cooking done by the Masterchef in the kitchen. All of a sudden, not a single thing mattered apart from this magical creation bursting with flavour in my mouth. Nothing in my life will ever come close to the perfection of these Momo’s. I implore all of you to travel to Nepal simply to eat a Momo from this restaraunt. They were so good we had to go and get more takeaway before we left; as the thought of leaving these Momo’s was just too much to bear....

The chicken sizzler normally comes with a chicken breast, the main reason why we ordered that dish, however they gave us an under-leg of a chicken which was very small and you could easily get on the street for more than half the price. Instead of apologising, or taking any right action they said that if we order something else we get a discount. The dishes were already finished so for us it was not a good solution as we were full already. Unfortunately they didn’t get the point and we really felt they were cheating with us by giving us some left overs and hope we won’t realise it. It’s not the service you expect and totally not the way how you make your guests happy. Mistakes can happen but always make sure your guest is leaving the restaurant with a smile on...
Read moreOne of the best restaurants in Sauraha. I love the ambience and the music they play. The place is really clean, so is the bathroom. You can sit indoors or on a small balcony overlooking the sauraha road. For indoors they have AC, which is a must during summers and mind it,very few restaurants in Sauraha have AC. You can also sit on the bar. The coffee is very good, they have l!the varieties. I have no complaints about the food. I think this is the only place is Sauraha where you will get wood fired pizza and they also serve olive oil, chilli flakes and oregano. The bathroom is really clean. The staff are friendly. I don't find this place expensive in comparison to similar services in...
