McDonald's Simpson Bay — Restaurant in Île des Terres Basses

I was there yesterday. The food was not bad. I ordered a big mac menu and a mac chicken menu. The drinks where not cold. And very little ice cubes in it. The service there is just terrible. The place is dirty. Almost all the tables where not cleaned. Thank God we found 1 spot that was not dirty. This is the second time i've entered this mac Donald and that day the tables where also not cleaned up. This mac Donald is lacking in staff. Only 1 person to receive orders. And the row became longer! I wonder if there is a manager at this Mac Donald? It does not look like! Sorry but with so many bad reviews i think the representatives of this branch must be embarrassed. Thats if they care to make a change in that. After eating i wanted a mac flurry so i went to order. I took more than 6 minutes for someone to come and take the order. For now I'm done with this mac Donald. Maybe in 6 months I can drop by to see if there is any changements in the service. If there is i'm fair enought to also...

Today Wednesday July 26th 2023 I ordered a double quarter pounder meal with coce, my son ordered 2 plain hamburgers and 6 Mc nuggets.

After less than 10 minutes my order came in, the fries were cold, the double quarter pounder was just a regular quarter pounder, my coce tasted like water..

Long story short, went back 2x because my order was still wrong and cold.

No one the staff responded correctly, I throw away my $20 meal, my fries stil cold, my coce tasted like water and my double quarter pounder was soacking in grease , my son's chicken nuggets were stone cold and the burgers, specially made tasted like yesterday's.

My son is very disappointed in Mc and I am NOT satisfied by the staff handling the issue, as we are some stupid tourists, ques what, I'm a SXM resident and this is not the first time.

Please respond to my message, the internet is powerfull.

Ps. I throw my $20 in the garage bin in front of the Mc people and the customers...

Same food and happy meal toys as the USA is great but the service is an F by McDonald's standards. The speed is just awful. The first day I got to the island I was stuck out on welfare Rd blocking traffic and getting honked at just to get into the driveway. I eventually gave up and parked went inside to find one lady manning the drive thru and the inside. I ended up leaving and going to Burger King. The coke is also awful. It tasted like Pepsi from a bar gun. Went 3x in a week too and it's this way at all the McDonald's on the island. Shocking cause in the USA McDonald's prides them selves on transporting coca-cola to maintain taste standards. The food was always good when we finally got it. The ice cream machine was broken the day my 5 year old wanted...
