Grilled mackerel was well done. Fish oils were melting but kept in the fillet very well. Chef was very good with grilling thr fish surely. Teriyaki chicken don was a bit too less. Salad was not suppose to be in the bowl. Mayonaise was not home made. Too thick too plant in its taste. Presentation was missing touches of "home cook" however either in restaurant style tho. Spicy Tofu was something higher than expectation. Thought it would be greasy with annoying heat in throw, but it was not at all. Ich möchte hiermit ausdrücklich zum Ausdruck bringen, dass die Qualität der gereichten Speisen bei beiden Besuchen meine Erwartungen in außerordentlichem Maße entsprochen haben. Die kulinarischen Kreationen waren sowohl in Bezug auf den Geschmack als auch Präsentation von herausragender Qualität und haben somit ein exzellentes gastronomisches Erlebnis geboten, welches meiner Ansicht nach, trotz des schlichten Ambientes und Amateurservices sowie ausschließlich handgeschriebener japanischer Menükarte, als besonders lobenswert einzustufen ist.

I would like to expressly state that the quality of the food served on both visits met my expectations to an exceptional degree. The culinary creations were of outstanding quality both in terms of taste and presentation and thus offered an excellent gastronomic experience, which in my opinion, despite the simple ambience and amateur service as well as the exclusively handwritten Japanese menu card, is to be classified as z praiseworthy.
