Yama Bistro — Restaurant in Amstelveen

The falafel shop folks step up their game in terms of variety while keeping intact everything that was great before. The place was as busy as it gets when I got there, yet still everything ran smoothly. Food arrived warm and quick and was exactly how I expected it. Service is always excellent, personal and attentive and the overall atmosphere is nice and warm.

The place to come if you are hungry and would like to fix it fast. Please try the Sabich, it is a delicacy. A hard boiled egg with fried eggplant with salads with humus and the perfect pita bread. It is hard to describe how it harmonizes in your mouth. Not a lot of people have tried it in the Netherlands, and it is probably the best...

The Falafel Shop guys are back, bigger and better! Yama has lots of indoor seating, and the menu is quite expansive offering vegan and vegetarian options alongside meat and fish. You can also buy condiments and fresh Challah bread.

Dine in or takeaway, this place never disappoints! So glad they opened...
