McDonald's — Restaurant in Amstelveen

I arrived around 11pm and had a strong need to have to pee. I approach the till to close the bathroom before ordering food. The girl tells me the toilet is broken. I'm not stupid and I don't like being made fun of because I know very well that they close it earlier for their convenience. I often go to this Mc Donald's and I had already seen that they close the upstairs in the evening. It's a huge disservice to a restaurant chain like theirs, knowing moreover that, there isn't a public toilet in the whole of Amstelveen at that hour. I decided to order and save myself the trouble, also because I couldn't find anything else to dine. The waiting time was much longer than usual and I can't explain why since when they have more orders, they definitely serve earlier. Tonight oddly it was just my order! I start my dinner and there are an infinite number of midges that disturb me and I constantly have to chase them away with my hand... In short, there should also be a review of how they are placed at a sanitary level since there shouldn't be any midges in the restaurant. I have been working in catering for many years and I know very well the safety and hygiene rules. If next time I find the bathroom closed again then I won't go...

This rating is simply because of the rudest manager i have ever come across in any of the mcdonalds. I have seen multiple times not only with the customers but she is very rude and arrogant with the employees also. I wonder how people work under her. For me next time i see she is on duty i'm gonna skip my meal. The ordering machine froze up while ordering and i lost my deals which i had redeemed so i approached the counter to ask for help the guy was prompt to render help but when he came to know my issue he went to the manager to tell her about my issue and literally she just shooed him away poor guy it was an embarrassing situation and even after that i thought she would attend to me atleast to hear out my issue the manager tried to show how busy she was and just kept me waiting and ignoring....

I do not recommend. I and my family have had a very bad experience buying take aways from this MacDonalds in the past 2 months. The first time that we did purchase their "Homestyl Chicken" (They spell homestyle like that), we got ample sauce. The following two or so times that we purchased it, they appear to have been rationing the sauce to not even provding any in the Burger at all. I am not talking about the packaged tomato ketchup or mayonnaise. I am talking of the sauce that they add to the Burgers to give it its unique taste. They should stop cheating customers on this. If they cannot provide ample Burger sauce, then provide the option to order extra sauce on your ordering machines for those that like...
