We popped into Bagels & Beans for a quick drink as it was very hot whilst we were walking around Amsterdam. We ordered 2 of the Gele Peter off of the menu which was orange juice with bitter lemon. It took longer than I anticipated for our drinks to arrive considering it was just an orange juice with bitter lemon and it wasn’t that busy. The restaurant itself was nice, I wasn’t a fan of the drink - I have had orange juice and bitter lemon elsewhere before and it has been much nicer. The food being brought out did look really nice - the bagels looked fresh and the ingredients / fillings also looked fresh. The staff were friendly but like I said previously the service was a bit slow considering we just had a drink. I would possibly go back again for food but I would hope the service was a lot quicker than having to wait 10 minutes again for a juice. Overall it was a nice place with friendly staff, a nice seating area outside which is nice in the good weather, I was however disappointed with the slow service and not the...

We had a wonderful time at this charming bagel café in Amsterdam. The food was excellent and offered a delightful change from the typical hotel buffet or standard holiday breakfast.

I opted for the Power Breakfast, which featured a delicious bagel accompanied by a small continental selection of cheese and sliced meat. This meal also included coffee and juice. My son thoroughly enjoyed his smoked salmon and cream cheese bagel, a favourite of his so it was clearly well executed.

The coffee was as good as you would hope in a place dedicated to beans as well as bagels! I had a cappuccino, which was perfectly served and presented. The flavour profile was rich and satisfying.

The staff were professional and friendly, offering great recommendations and engaging in pleasant conversation. Their attentiveness and warmth added to the overall positive experience.

Overall, this café provided a memorable start to our day with its great food, lovely atmosphere, and excellent service. Highly...

Nice, friendly place. Wide open on a lively and lovely corner. Great place in the winter and summer. Large outdoor terrace as well! The bagels and food are delicious. English and Dutch menus available. Great place to sit work and people watch too. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I usually get the Wild Zalm bagel for a late breakfast / lunch and it is very well done and zo lekker.
