Burger 'n Shake Osdorp — Restaurant in Amsterdam

I just finish work and o was really hangry and i wanted to eat fast and good food and i chose burger and shake because they have very accesibile price and good burgers and shakes. I eat with 2 of my friends and is one of the best deal you cand chose cheap and good as they are very balance as the price.

The place was not as clean as a restaurant but is was acceptable the place was a little bit busy in a rainy day 🌧️ because thr food is good you can eat inside, outside or order to go .

The order is on the bar and you get a ringer and it was red when the order was done easy and simple and you pay when you take your food .

Is not as good as the one in the center for cleaning but the food is the same. The personal was kind and English speaking person so it was easy for me to order and explain what i want on my burger 🍔.

You have to try shakes with coconut 🥥 🥥 is very good.

The food is great. However I have one complain. As I was waiting for my food, one of the workers dropped my food on the counter. She decided to put it all back and her other worker tried to help her “fix it”. The other staff, at least for me, felt like they were helping her hide her mistake. My husband and I looked and they had the audacity to give it to me! I told the worker, i was not going to accept it and they gave me a new one.

Like if you drop the food, don’t be lazy. Throw it and make a new one. You contaminate my food, you don’t give it to your costumers. I understand that it a waste of food, but once it’s contaminated you throw it.

I’m not from here, but I find it so strange that FOOD WORKERS don’t wear mask. Personal opinion.

I just highly suggest that you go pick up your food, because who knows how often...

I have tried this branch and the one in almere, unfortunately this one doesn't taste as good. Its actually nice and all, but not as good as usual. The meat wasnt well cooked and it felt a bit weird. Cheddar wasnt that tasty as well and my order took a bit some time to call out even though it was right there on the counter. That being said, i really liked the people working there, very nice and the atmosphere is nice. Just a tiny improvement on the food and its perfect.
