Great space, bright, clean and nice. Good coffee. I come here often for the past 3 months as I live around the corner. I don't understand the concept. I write this in the hope that the person running this place will do some training with some of the employees. I was there two days ago and the employee did not love her job at all. The concept is to pay and then come to get your coffee, which is okay, but sometimes coffee is there on the counter and employees silently say when it is ready so you don't notice it if you are already sitting, or if not busy at all, is it such a big job to bring coffee to the table of the customer instead of talking to other colleagues? It's just lots of indeference in service and lack of hospitality very often from some employees. Please fix this as you have a great place with lots of potential, and to those that don't like they job, follow your passion.
P.S. You did not have fresh ginger and fresh tea available for many days. Maybe to do some shopping or remove it...
Read moreI have been going to this cafe for more than a year now. Coffee tastes nice and it is especially convenient location to grab a cup before work. Most of the female baristas are working fast, but there is one guy that works extremely slow. And when you are waiting for more than 15 minutes to order, (when he is making coffee for another customer) he doesn't even acknowledge you and says "sorry for the long wait". Either hire more people, or fix somehow this issue. I don't want to sound condescending, but for this early hours, when there is practically no customers, I expect to have a much quicker service. Other than that, other baristas are very friendly and fast, and the coffee is...
Read moreI had a upsetting issue there. I was going there all the time to work because they were allowing laptops. However, there are only 2 plugs in the whole cafe and because I needed to be close to the plug, I moved my chair to where the plug is. An employee came and warned me in a rude way saying that that was a display area and when I told her about the plug issue, she literally said "its not a library". I would respect every rule of the cafe and I would respect if they didn't allow laptops at all, but a lot of people are working in that cafe. I would also understand that I was sitting in a wrong area if she would have been...
