Gnoccheria — Restaurant in Amsterdam

Let me set the scene: You are in Amsterdam and spent all day walking around the city and enjoying the beautiful canals. It’s getting later in the day and you start thinking about dinner, lots of great food in this city but you come across a place called Gnoccheria, they specialize in Gnocchi. You go in and are greeted by two kind Italian owners who are proud and excited for you to try their great food. BAM! You have experienced not only the best gnocchi you’ve ever had but some of the best food in the city. I ordered the bolognese and my partner got the red pesto and we shared the starter sampler. I would have loved to tell you about the aromas, the colors, and the presentation of the dishes… but the only thing I can show you is the final result: clean plates. They were gnocchi with pesto and gnocchi with bolognese sauce. Top-notch cuisine, excellent service, and a happy stomach. If you ever find yourself around here, do yourself a favor and stop by. But take your pictures before you start eating, because once you do… it’s game over. 😋🍴

P.S. Obviously, there were a lot more Parmigiana nuggets than this and we ordered the XL tiramisù, and yes — we ate the entire box too.

Oh my, everything was absolutely delicious 🤤 From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a smiling gentleman who took the time to explain the menu in detail. The food was fresh, flavorful, and authentic – the aromatic sauces instantly transport you to Italy. The atmosphere is cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated.
