The theatre cancelled the Friday night performance of Dear Evan Hanson two hours before it was due to start, by text message. No explanation given. I called them the next day for a refund. They said they'd be sending an email to offer an explanation and other options. I did not receive this email. I am now having to chase them for a refund for the 16 tickets I purchased. Absolutely appalling customer service.

They've now responded to say I didn't open an email. If I had seen an email on the day I would not have called the next day, only to be told they were "working on an email." I never received one on the day, not even to my junk box. Anyway, I finally did receive an email on the Wednesday (5 days after the cancelled show) and applied...

This rating is focused on the theatre and not the show.

First of all when ordering a ticket you can add a snack for after the show. They offer this service for 8,95 euro. I ordered one snack platter.

So upon arriving they asked us if we want for two which is agreed on, not knowing what to expect.

We where on seat 3/4 row 1, my opinion things are dated. If number 10 moves (same row;))we where shaking. Chairs are small and room good use an upgrade.

Afterwards the relaxing starts we ordered the two snack platters and a drink was included in the ticket price.

For the 17,90 you get 4 soup sticks 4 paprika’s and old veggie chips. Only thing i was wondering if Joop would get this too when visiting. An...
