Very disappointed in the false and/or misleading advertising and extremely poor customer serice. Saw a delicious looking chick burger sandwich with tomato on the display posters outside the store. But when I went to order the product, I was told that it did not come with tomato, even though the poster in the window clearly advertised it as such. If I ordered the grilled chicken burger, I could get tomato. If I ordered the fried chicken burger, I could not get tomato.

I asked if I could purchase tomato to go on the sandwich. I was told I could not. I walked out of the store and wil most likely not return.

This was exceptionally poor customer service, both with the server being unwilling to accommadate a very simple request, AND in a misleading management sign in the store and apparent instructions that the staff cannot offer tomato, EVEN when a customer is williing...

We wanted to eat burger with my husband and it was not appetizing at all. First of all, they said that we did not pay even though we paid. When the owner came for help he was extremely angry and stressed The staff were not friendly at all. We wanted one coke, we bought two cokes. Sauces were missing. Moreover, instead of meat burger, we received a chicken burger and we had to eat it to avoid getting even more stressed.

How could such a simple burger be so bad! The answer is: The lettuce was chopped and it all spilled out while eating. The chicken was not a single piece (2-3 pieces) and it spilled and we ate them all with our hands. (As you can see in the picture below) Also the chicken was never fresh and tasted terrible.
