Taco Mundo Amsterdam-Noord — Restaurant in Amsterdam

The delivery service was horrible, we had to wait 45 minutes to get our good and even then HALF of our order was missing. We had to call several times before they delivered all, they always told us to wait because they were "very busy and they were gonna make it again so that it would still be warm". We had to wait 2h30 before we got the rest of our food! I think this is their way of scamming people out of their money, since they use a paying phone line and calling them cost you a lot of money, which they put in their own pocket. And letting you wait longer, so you will have to call several times, before they finally deliver it. What normally would have meen a 8euro meal for me turned out to be 38 euros. If I could I would have given this a 0 star review. I DO NOT recommend...

I had the worst experience ordering from Taco Mundo. The delivery courier had trouble finding my address, and while I was happy to help, he responded with complete unprofessionalism. When I tried to give directions that required him to walk a little, he told me to f- off and hung up. Later, when I called again to offer help, he demanded I come downstairs. After heading down, he was nowhere to be found.

When I called back, he began swearing at me in Dutch and told me I should speak Dutch. This level of rudeness and incompetence is unacceptable. I will not be ordering from this place again and recommend others...

I love the food and the service. However i do have an issue with the food. It's delicious but in recent visits we've been really really dissatisfied with the portions. I don't expect to receive what is in the picture on the menus however I do expect more than have my bowl to be full. I would like to keep eating here and the people and food are good. I would just like the food to be at least close to what is being advertised. Alter your advertising or hold up...
