Steaky noord — Restaurant in Amsterdam

Slowest service I have ever received in a "fast" food establishment, having waited over 40 mins for one order of chicken tenders. The staff were unfriendly and disorganised, and seemed like they could care less about the customers. I also have questions about the hygiene standards, having seen one food prepper eating chicken wings while he worked and using his fingers instead of utensils to handle food. Would not have bothered at all had we not been so hungry, and there had been literally anywhere else open at that time. Gave 1 star because the chicken was pretty good (and spicy!) when it eventually arrived but sadly will not...

Poor experience. Wish I’d read a few more reviews before ordering - ordered online, given a delivery time 40 minutes later. Here we are 2 hours on and no sign of anything, no notification, nobody answering the phone. Maybe I’ll get my money back? Sure am hungry. It’s a shame because it’s the first pizza restaurant in Amsterdam offering anchovies as an additional extra. I guess talk is cheap…

I ordered a pizza at 18.40 it was supposed to be delivered at 19.15. At that time I got a call that the pizza was coming so I waited. After 45 minutes I called at 20.00 and apparently the order was delivered to the wrong address. So I waited again. After 50 minutes I called again because there was no delivery still and the person said it was on the way and I got it 15 minutes later indeed. Unfortunately it was cold and not worth waiting for 2,5 hours. I cannot...
